Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects. For issues related to defective products, please refer to the Product Defects section below for instructions on receiving a replacement.
Product Defects
All orders are carefully packed and shipped in good condition. If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, please follow the steps below:
🛑 Before Accepting the Parcel:
- Inspect the parcel upon delivery.
- If it appears damaged, do not sign or accept it.
- Take clear photos of the consignment note and the parcel.
- Inform the delivery personnel and request the parcel to be returned to the sender.
- Send the photos to our customer service team.
- A replacement parcel will be shipped within two (2) working days.
📦 After Receiving the Parcel:
If you discover any defects after opening the parcel:
- Take clear photos of the defective product(s).
- Send the images to our customer service team.
- We will arrange compensation or a replacement within two (2) working days.
🚚 Wrong Product Received:
If the product you received is not what you ordered:
- Take a photo of the incorrect item.
- Contact our customer service team.
- If the error is on our end, we will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct product within two (2) working days.
