Will my order history be saved?

Yes, if you register as a member or log into the system during purchase, your order history will be saved

Will I receive a receipt after payment?


The system does not issue a receipt. However, an official invoice will be sent to your email once payment is confirmed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit card
  • QR Code payment

How will I know if my payment was successful?

We will confirm your order via email (with invoice). Please allow up to 24 hours for your order status to update. Only registered members can check order status online.

Is there any extra charge for credit card payments?

No, there are no additional charges for credit card payments.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?


Unfortunately, we do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a home or office address.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we are only able to deliver within Malaysia & Singapore.

When will I receive my order?

After order confirmation, estimated delivery times are:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–5 working days
  • Singapore: 5–7 working days

Please note: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or public holidays.



How can I track my order?

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  • You can track your order on the order status page. The link was sent to your email upon order confirmation, usually after a successful payment.

Are there preservatives or artificial additives in the soup sachets?

Absolutely not. We are committed to using only natural herbal ingredients to ensure your health and peace of mind.

How do I prepare the soup sachets? Do I need to boil them?

NO cooking and NO boiling is required!

1. Open the soup sachet
2. Put it in a thermos or cup
3. Adding 250-300ml of hot water (above 90c)
4. Steep for 15-30min for best consume
5. Enjoy the nutritious soup while its hot

Are the soup sachets suitable for vegetarians?


Yes, our formula is plant-based and Vege Friendly — suitable for vegetarians.

Do the products need refrigeration? What is the shelf life?

No refrigeration required. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 18 months.

Can children consume it?

Yes! Our soup packs are made with natural herbal formulas and are suitable for all ages.
- Below 6 years old: 1 sachet with 500ml water → more diluted, lighter taste for easier consumption.
- 6 years old & above: Same as adults → 1 sachet with 250–300ml water.

Can I prepare it with cold water?

Cold brewing is not recommended, as it significantly reduces effectiveness. Use hot water to release the herbal benefits.

Are there any groups of people who should avoid this product?

While the herbs are natural and gentle, if you have known allergies or specific medical conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor or contacting our customer service for detailed formula information before consuming.

Can pregnant or breastfeeding mothers consume Herbology soup sachets?

Our formula is natural and based on traditional herbal principles. However, every pregnancy and individual constitution is different. We recommend consulting your doctor or a licensed TCM practitioner before use to ensure it’s safe for both you and your baby.
